Aruna Mor, Founder & CEO
Aruna Mor is a seasoned biotechnology executive with over 25 years of leadership experience across life sciences, biopharma, and healthcare. She has built and led global commercial organizations, driven strategic growth initiatives, and scaled operations supporting some of the industry’s most innovative technologies and therapies, including cell and gene therapy, biologics, genomics, and advanced biopharma services.
Throughout her career, she has led commercial strategy, global business development, operational transformation, mergers and acquisitions, and market expansion initiatives across multi-billion-dollar portfolios and rapidly evolving healthcare markets. Prior to Arunova Bio, she held senior executive leadership roles at Cryoport Systems as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), KBI Biopharma as SVP of Global Marketing and Business Development, as well as roles with Becton Dickinson, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and the National Cancer Institute at NIH. Throughout her career, she has focused on commercialization, strategic partnerships, and enterprise growth within the biotech and healthcare ecosystem.
Across every role, the throughline has been the same: a belief that commercial excellence and scientific mission are not competing priorities. The best organizations hold both, and building the bridge between them is where the most important work happens.

Aruna holds a Bachelor's and Master's in Biology from the University of Rajasthan, India, an MS in Bioinformatics from George Mason University, and an MBA from the Rady School of Management at UC San Diego, credentials that trace the same arc as her career from scientist, to strategist, to founder.
Christian Kodsmann, Head of Finance
Christian Kodsmann brings a rare combination of financial discipline and operational depth to Arunova Bio, built across more than two decades of experience in life sciences, supply chain, and complex global manufacturing environments.
His career in life sciences began at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where he supported global logistics for one of the company's flagship oncology products and contributed to the launch of BMS's first in-house biological drug, an early and formative exposure to the intersection of finance, supply chain, and the stakes of advanced biopharmaceuticals. At Thermo Fisher Scientific, he supported a chromatography and specialty business unit, managing capital budgets, financial reporting, and operational strategy across a multinational, multisite environment.
From there, Christian built deep expertise in operational finance and controlling across large-scale global manufacturing operations, managing P&L responsibility for facilities and divisions up to $450M in revenue, leading global cost controlling functions across multiple continents, and implementing the financial systems and controls that allow complex organizations to scale without losing discipline.
He holds an MBA in Finance and Supply Chain from Michigan State University's Eli Broad Graduate School of Management, a BS in Economics from Universidad de Lima, and is a CFA Level II candidate, a combination that reflects both his analytical and strategic breadth.
